FIRM BACKGROUND

Wemlinger Architecture was established in 1968 by Fredric Wemlinger. The firm has developed comprehensive services responding equally well to economical construction, energy conservation, environmental concerns, program needs, and functional requirements. Our staff of professionals is dedicated to focusing our creative ability and technical skills to the benefit of our clients. We have a commitment to excellence both in terms of architectural design and client services. The firm's work in civic architecture for all manner of governmental clients has included city halls, police and sheriff departments, emergency operations centers, jails, fire departments, highway maintenance facilities, social services offices, courtrooms, etc. Work in the educational field and the private sector has been similarly diversified.

Wemlinger Architecture is organized such that each project is managed by the Principal and the progress of the work is reviewed continuously throughout its development. A Project Team is established and remains in place from initial meetings through final completion of the project to ensure continuity and completeness. Wemlinger Architecture has long been committed to full client participation in the analysis of client needs.
